Spoke to Chrissy in the service department late Thursday morning and she had Torin and Gregory to my home for a non emergency kitchen faucet replacement by mid afternoon on Friday. Torin even assisted me on how to register our new Moen faucet. Overall a very professional and pleasant experience. The price was on point as well. 5 star experience.
